Right to Access Information
The right to access information owned by, disposed of, or controlled by the Stari Grad Tourist Board is regulated by Law on Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette 25/13); amendment (OG 85/15).
The criteria for determining actual material cost and information delivery cost (OG 12/14); correction (OG 15/14).
The law also regulates the principles of the right of access, exceptions to the right of access and the procedure for exercising and protecting the right of access to information. The aim of the law is to enable and provide information to natural and legal persons through the openness and publicity of the activities of public authorities, in accordance with the law.
The right to information is realized by submitting a request to the Tourist Board of Croatia. If the request is made in writing, you must complete the Information Request Form, which you can send our address: TZ grada Staroga Grada, Obala dr. Franje Tuđmana 1 21460 Stari Grad, e-mail to the Information Officer at: tzg-stari-grad@st.t-com.hr, or submit personally in the Tourist Board Main Office, on workdays from 8:30 – 16:30. No additional fee is required when submitting the form.
